As soon as your order is shipped, we will send the corresponding tracking ID to your email address or WhatsApp number. - Damages Policy
We employ robust packaging methods for delicate items, such as photo frames. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
As these frames are custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns.
However, if you can provide evidence that the item is either partially or completely damaged, we will send you a brand-new replacement.
